Whitaker’s Peer Support Services – The Ukrainian Fund and Grapplers for Autism Inc. are inactive in Delaware but remain active and duly registered in the State of Oregon. Both organizations are authorized to operate within Oregon and have been assigned official registration numbers through the Oregon Department of Justice Charitable Activities Section, ensuring full compliance with state nonprofit and charitable solicitation laws.
